Gundam Seed Destiny

This is the sequel to Gundam Seed and like it’s predecessor, it sure is a great anime to watch. Again, Kira and Athrun (Asran) join forces as they try to bring peace between the Plants and the Earth Alliance. Watch out especially for the new Gundams. I most especially like the Strike Freedom and the Akatsuki :) Also, the ending is better than Gundam Seed, thanks to the special episodes. I’m also glad, Muu La Flaga got his memory back. I’m quite fond of him and Captain Ramius and of course the Kira – Lacus tandem as well. I just hoped that Cagalli and Athrun got together also or maybe they did since Athrun was wearing an Orb uniform. Anyway, this is really one of the best Gundam series ever. :)

Gundam Seed

A great anime deserves at least a post :P

I had just finished watching Gundam Seed. The ending made me cry just a few minutes ago. It’s a 50 episode anime. The main character is Kira Yamato, a Coordinator who sided with the Naturals to protect his friends even at the cost of fighting his best friend Athrun Zala. The plot is rich with twists and turns as Kira and his friends go through the hardest of paths to fight for the future that they want to live in.

This is a must watch! I give it a 10/10 ;)

Claymore

During this past long weekend, I have decided to watch Claymore which some of my friends said was really good. After watching one episode after another, I now know why they said it’s good because I couldn’t stop watching until the latest episode. After watching episode 26, I have decided to start reading the manga as well because I wanted to know what happens next. To my surprise, there is quite a discrepancy in the manga in what happened in the latest episodes so I really coudn’t connect both. Because of this, I started reading from the start instead of from what happens in episode 26 which is around 60+ in the manga.

Anyway, here’s some info regarding Claymore. Claymore is a term used by humans to women who had been infused by Yoma’s blood. Yoma are the monsters in the story. Since, Yomas had the power to turn themselves to look like human, it was impossible for mere humans to detect them, much less kill them so a certain organization, after several failures, made what the humans call Claymore to battle Yomas.

Clare is the main character. She is quite unique unlike the other Claymores. Watch the anime or read the manga to know why. Hehehehe!
