During this past long weekend, I have decided to watch Claymore which some of my friends said was really good. After watching one episode after another, I now know why they said it’s good because I couldn’t stop watching until the latest episode. After watching episode 26, I have decided to start reading the manga as well because I wanted to know what happens next. To my surprise, there is quite a discrepancy in the manga in what happened in the latest episodes so I really coudn’t connect both. Because of this, I started reading from the start instead of from what happens in episode 26 which is around 60+ in the manga.
Anyway, here’s some info regarding Claymore. Claymore is a term used by humans to women who had been infused by Yoma’s blood. Yoma are the monsters in the story. Since, Yomas had the power to turn themselves to look like human, it was impossible for mere humans to detect them, much less kill them so a certain organization, after several failures, made what the humans call Claymore to battle Yomas.
Clare is the main character. She is quite unique unlike the other Claymores. Watch the anime or read the manga to know why. Hehehehe!
I read the manga before I watched the anime. The anime changed a lot of stuff in the later episodes! I don’t know how they’ll reconcile it in the next season (if there’s going to be one). IMO, the manga is good. And it got better and better in the later volumes too. I just hope they’ll release the next chapter soon. I’ll post my review din soon hehe.

About Season 2, I hope they make it. It would disappoint a lot of claymore fans if they don’t.
